The construction of asphalt mixing plants must be carried out in accordance with specified regulations, which not only ensures construction quality but also prevents damage to Asphalt mixing equipment. While the key details of engineering construction are of great importance, the essential construction methods for asphalt mixing plants must also be proficiently applied.

First and foremost, prior to the construction of an asphalt mixing plant, the collapsible loess on the top of the foundation wall shall be completely removed and the site shall be kept dry, with the finished elevation of the graded site meeting the requirements of the design plan. If the soil layer is too soft, subgrade reinforcement measures shall be adopted to prevent equipment imbalance during construction and ensure the verticality of the pile frame.

Secondly, all construction machinery delivered to the site shall be inspected to ensure good working condition. Assembly and commissioning shall be conducted only after the machinery is verified to comply with specifications. It is required to ensure the levelness of the asphalt mixing plant; the deviation of the guiding performance and the mixing shaft relative to the pavement flatness shall not exceed 1.0%.

Subsequently, setting-out for the asphalt mixing plant construction shall be conducted in strict accordance with the pile position layout plan, with the allowable deviation not exceeding 2 cm. A Φ25mm water tap is adopted for the installation of asphalt mixing equipment, and a 110KVA construction power supply is configured to ensure the normal and stable operation of the power supply and all material conveying systems.

After the accurate positioning of the asphalt mixing plant, the plant's motor can be started, and the wet spraying method shall be used for pre-mixing and soil cutting to make the equipment sink. Drilling and soil cutting shall be started at a lifting speed of 0.45~0.8 meters per minute only after the mixing shaft has sunk to the depth specified in the design plan.
